Commission: how too earn more
Add all the documents in your profile and keep your raiting high. Raiting sums from 5 last ratings you have got from clients.
- Grow your raitingInitially you will be getting approx 1 order in 5 your applications. This is normal for complex orders. The system chooses couriers with higher ratings. Start small: consistently complete simple orders — ratings will increase.
- Don't cancel on applied ordersIf there is less than two hours left until the arrival time to the address or it has already begun, then there will be a fine for refusing the order. Exception: a document about the accident, a statement to the police about the theft.
- Inform about fake ordersIf the customer cancels the order more than 5 minutes after you clicked the button "I departed". The customer must pay a fake call. Remind this to the client and dispatcher.
- Inform in case client makes you waitFree waiting time - 15 minutes. Every next 15 minutes. Be sure to warn him about it.
