Full Time Job with Contracts. How does it work?
We provide orders and plot your route. You follow the route and deliver all the orders. That way we are certain that you can make really good money.
When we are not sure about the number of orders we add minimum earnings to your contract. If you don’t reach the minimum amount, we cover the difference.

When you work with Full Time Job you see all locations which you should visit. And if you follow the order you will have time to deliver them all. You should start with the address under the line “Where should I go now?”. When you visited this location, you will see the next one. It will work in this way until the last order.
When you work with Full Time Job the App chooses your route in a way that you don’t have to go around the city empty handed. It all depends on the city and the number of orders.
Of course you can. Minimum earnings are not a recommendation or your income, it’s a guaranteed amount in case you don’t get enough orders. If you deliver to all the addresses without delays or order cancellations, however you won’t reach the minimum amount, we will pay the difference.
No, you can take only one contract for specified time. The contracts that you can see are also available to other couriers. Everyone should have a choice. The quicker you decide, the higher the chances that you will get the most favourable contract.
Yes, though very few but you still have to deliver them.
If you chose a Full Time Job, then yes. You can’t choose a contract and then never show up. If you can’t come then you should inform the dispatcher as soon as you can. If you often cancel Full Time Job at the last moment, they might not be available to you in the future.
No, you just won’t be able to do that. You can’t choose orders within the Full Time Job either.
Unfortunately, you can’t do that. When you take a contract, you have to deliver all the orders. That’s the whole point! If it’s absolutely necessary, then the dispatcher will help you to cancel the order.
However, you should remember that the order cancellations lower your rating. The lower your rating is the less Full Time Job you can see in advance.
Just press the icon “Cancel the Full Time Job”. However, you should remember that thus you violate the agreement. This means that you won’t receive the minimum earnings (if we promised it).
Unfortunately, not. You do not only sign for a certain amount of money but also for a certain time period. You should finish this time slot and then you will earn more money and in the future, you will have more Full Time Jobs to choose from. If you work well, your minimum earnings will increase.
Don’t worry. The route is plotted in such a way that there’s very little chance it will happen. Most likely the client is ready to wait a little longer, and you will make it on time. If you realise that you might be more than 30 min late, then ask the dispatcher if the client can wait a bit longer.
