How to Pay Commission

Borzo charges a small commission on every order. In non-cash orders, the commission is deducted automatically from your payment before it is deposited into your account. In cash orders, you will have to pay the commission to Borzo later.

How it works

When to pay?

You can see the amount of commission you have pending by going to your Profile on the app and then to Statistics. You have to pay the commission before it reaches Rs.300 or your account will be suspended.

Where to pay?

To pay the commission you can directly pay via Paytm by clicking on “Pay to Borzo” or you can make a bank transfer to this account:

Share the slip

Once you have made the payment, take a screenshot of the net-banking page or a picture of the bank slip and send it to support via the Chat on the Borzo app or email support.courier.in@borzodelivery.com with the subject: Commission Payment.

How to pay Borzo commision via Paytm?

Statistic Page

Go to Statistic Page and
select Paytm to pay online.

Pay via Paytm

If you have Paytm account, kindly proceed with your registered number in Paytm.
OR
Pay directly via Debit card, credit card, BHIM UPI & Net banking without logging in Paytm.
