Borzo charges a small commission on every order. In non-cash orders, the commission is deducted automatically from your payment before it is deposited into your account. In cash orders, you will have to pay the commission to Borzo later.
You can see the amount of commission you have pending by going to your Profile on the app and then to Wallet. You have to pay the commission before it reaches Rs.300 or your account will be suspended.
To pay the commission you can directly pay via Paytm by clicking on “Pay to Borzo”.
Once you have made the payment, take a screenshot of the net-banking page or a picture of the bank slip and send it to support via the Chat on the Borzo app or email [email protected] with the subject: Commission Payment.
If you have any questions related to payment please contact support using the Chat through the Borzo App. Available through 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
Go to Profile page then Wallet section and click on Pay at Borzo.
If you have Paytm account, kindly proceed with your registered number in Paytm.

Pay directly via Debit card, credit card, BHIM UPI & Net banking without logging in Paytm.
