Borzo operates from 9 am – 10 pm Monday to Sunday.

Placing an Order

You may place a delivery order via 3 methods: our website, mobile app or contact us directly.

Yes you can.When filling out the order form, you may choose the delivery schedule according to your needs.

Yes you can. You may save costs by delivering to multiple addresses at once.

(i) Explosives or other hazardous materials or any similar packages that are likely to cause damage to other packages; (ii) Packages specifically determined by Borzo to be unacceptable, including but not limited to combustible, inflammable, poisonous and toxic materials, livestocks, dogs, cats, little birds, guns and swords etc.

Our system will select the courier closest to you and with the highest rating. Depending on location, time ,route and weather conditions, courier search may take between 5-30 minutes.

After Order is Placed

You may track the delivery progress through our website or mobile application (coming soon). After item is delivered, you will receive an SMS.

Borzo’s courier places importance on the completion of each delivery and will contact the recipient for confirmation of delivery. If the shipment is not completed, it will be sent back to the sender.

We always make sure that your shipment will arrive in good condition. If damage occurs, you may report to our customer service within 5 business days. Compensation shall be limited to the cost of the delivery item as indicated by you, upon acceptance of the delivery item by Borzo or RM100 per delivery item, whichever is lower
